How we work
Our work is based on three premises:
1. All the parts of the organization are necessary for its success.
2. Therefore everyone, in every part of the organization, values the work of everyone in every other part.
3. That means that communication must be between all the parts of an enterprise, the ‘whole system’ – not just a one-way flow from top to bottom, or from center to periphery.
Swift, whole-system communication is critical to the success
of every enterprise and every employee
We deliver swift, whole-system communication:
- We facilitate an accurate, objective flow of information throughout the enterprise.
- We use a range of channels and methods to achieve that flow. They include traditional methods (like print and town-hall meetings), Internet and intranet, and large-scale interactive events to bring the people and the parts of organizations together.
- Our client is the organization as a whole: we create value in part by our objectivity; we are committed to our clients’ success but deliberately step back from being involved in its work.
